M3 Welcomes Equitable Bank to the M3 Tech Marketplace

New partnership utilizes technology and innovation to reimagine the broker/lender relationship

Canada's undisputed #1 originator welcomes its newest member, Equitable Bank, to the M3 Tech marketplace. As part of the new partnership, M3 brokers will now be able to submit applications directly to Equitable Bank via M3's best-in-class proprietary broker platform, MortgageBOSS.

Building Today's Marketplace for Tomorrow

Equitable Bank now joins a robust pool of MortgageBOSS direct lenders that includes Merix, Lendwise, NPX, First National, and follows the recent "game changing" announcement on M3's partnership with National Bank of Canada (NBC) to do business with brokers directly in a new way via NBC's SAP Credit Adjudication system.

The development of MortgageBOSS Connect (now in full swing) aims to elevate the broker/lender relationship model by providing users the foundational breadth to seamlessly integrate and connect to a multitude of 3rd party suppliers in minutes.
